We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business if applicable and the nature of the legal issues that the Authorized Customer intends to disclose.

We may use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill clients needs on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by ABLE DEFENCE LAWYERS is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties.

Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at ABLE DEFENCE LAWYERS.

Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also may use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off.

While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.

You understand that at all times we will act in your best interests and protect your privacy and confidentiality.  In the event that there is a disagreement at any time you must put this in writing to us in the first instance.  You understand that all litigation is stressful and there may be despite all efforts of us and Counsel that matters may resolve differently to your expectations.  The fact that a matter does not always end up exactly as you hope and expect can be due to many reasons outside the control of ABLE DEFENCE LAWYERS.  ABLE DEFENCE LAWYERS will do everything possible to conduct your legal affairs with dedication and professionalism at all times. You accept and are restrained from discussing or placing anything at anytime to do with ABLE DEFENCE LAWYERS, their staff or agents, on any public forum, internet or social media forum.  This includes creating alias’s and/or fake accounts and/or engaging third parties such as family members and friends to make disparaging comments on your behalf.  We remind you that in the event that you should chose to disparage and use social media, internet or any public forum, and state anything that is false, defamatory, incorrect or malicious, you accept that we will commence legal proceedings against you immediately.  Any costs incurred as a result of this will be paid by you.  You accept and understand that if you breach any terms of this agreement in relation to Confidentiality, privacy or professional privilege that you give us permission to publicly correct the public record.  In addition, you acknowledge that you will forego your rights to confidentiality, privacy and professional legal privilege.  This will only occur if you should engage in illegal, threatening, disparaging conduct.

We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
